1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Candor AI LLC marketing website at getcandorai.com (the "Site"), including the interactive demo. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What this Site is — and what it is not

The Site is an informational and marketing website for Candor AI's services. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a contract, or a binding commitment. If you decide to become a client, the terms that actually govern that relationship are set out in a separate written agreement that you and Candor AI sign — the AI Agent Services Agreement (and, if applicable, a Web Development Services Agreement). If anything on the Site ever conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

3. Who may use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. If you use it on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to do so. The Site is not directed to children.

4. The demo

The interactive demo is provided to illustrate what a Candor AI agent is like. It runs a scripted, sample conversation; it is a demonstration, not the actual service, and it does not book real appointments or complete real transactions. Because it is an illustration, it is not professional advice of any kind and should not be relied on for a real business, legal, financial, or other decision. If we later offer a live AI-powered demo, any AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete, and the same "not advice" caution applies.

5. Acceptable use

Please use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, scraping or harvesting data from it in bulk, introducing malicious code, or using it to infringe someone else's rights.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — including the text, design, the "Candor AI" name and logo, and the brand system — are owned by Candor AI LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. © 2026 Candor AI™ LLC. All rights reserved. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse its content or brand without our written permission.

7. Pricing and information on the Site

Any prices, packages, or timelines shown on the Site are for general information and may change. They are not a binding quote. The actual fees, trial terms, and refund terms are those set out in the signed AI Agent Services Agreement. Under that agreement, a client's up-front fee of one hundred fifty dollars ($150) is refundable if the client terminates during the fifteen (15) day Trial Period, on the terms stated in the agreement itself.

8. No warranties

The Site and the demo are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we do not warrant that any information on the Site is complete or current. We do not promise any particular result from our services, and we make no guarantee that an AI agent will answer every question correctly — our agents are built to answer from client-approved content and to hand off to a human rather than guess.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Candor AI LLC and its owners and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or the demo, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example, email and font providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Los Angeles County, California will have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site that is not otherwise subject to an agreement between us. (If you are a client, the separate services agreement you sign contains its own dispute-resolution terms, including binding arbitration in Los Angeles, which govern that relationship.)

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

We will also have these Terms reviewed by legal counsel and expect to publish a revised version. If you are an active Candor AI client when that happens, we will notify you directly of the updated Terms and of any updated agreement we ask you to sign — you will not be bound by a material change without being told about it.
