The first clients who sign with us keep their rate for the period stated in their signed proposal. After that, annual adjustments are capped at the lesser of five percent or CPI. The cap is forty clients. The rate is honored. Founding rates are personal — not transferable.

For every new client, every package.

Every new client starts with a fifteen business day trial. You put down a $150 refundable deposit, we deploy the agent, and the clock starts. The agent's activity is visible to you in real time — every conversation it handles, every intake it completes, every after-hours question it answers. At any point in those fifteen days, if it is not the fit you wanted — no questions, no friction, no calling and asking — you tell us, and the deposit comes back. We do not argue, we do not ask you to fill out a form, we do not try to talk you into staying.

We chose a clean refund window over a “we'll save you X hours” guarantee on purpose. A pricing page should only promise what a company can actually keep without arguing. We can keep this one. If you want the deposit back inside the window, it comes back.

If the trial works for you, full monthly billing begins thirty days after the trial ends. If it does not, the deposit is refunded and we part as friends. No contract fight, no minimum-term clause, no “winback” email three months later.

Tax offices & insurance brokerages

If your business handles tax preparation or insurance brokerage, the package pricing is the same — but the compliance work behind it is not. Federal data safeguards (IRS Publication 4557), the GLBA service-provider agreement, financial firewall testing, and the insurance coverage that backs the work all have to be in place before any agent goes live for a regulated-industry client.

We won't take a tax office or brokerage client until that scaffolding is signed off. If you run one and would like to be on the early-access list when it is, send us a note.

These are not in the base packages because most clients don't need them. When you do, they're priced honestly and itemized — not buried.

  • Voice agent. $450 one-time setup Phone voice that handles inbound calls the same way your text agents handle messages. Includes CIPA-compliant verbal disclosure at call start. Separate from the text channels because voice infrastructure is genuinely different.
  • Additional agent (beyond three). $175/month each For shops that need more than three agents in a single package — usually multi-location operators or businesses running specialty workflows.
  • Financial Organizer agent. $200/month · $150 founding rate An internal-office agent built specifically for income/expense intake, categorization, and prep handoff to a human bookkeeper or CPA.
  • Social Media Content agent. $150/month Drafts captions, scheduling suggestions, and reply templates. Drafts the words — not the relationships.
  • Website design. $600–$900 one-time If you need the website your agent lives on. Scope and price are set during discovery — same brand-restraint we apply to ours.
In every plan

The things that
shouldn't be a feature list.

These are in every Candor AI agreement, no matter the package, no matter the trade.

  1. Bilingual is standard.

    English and Spanish, both included. The Spanish in your agent is written for the communities your clients come from, and reviewed by people from those communities before it goes live. Not run through a translator and shipped.

  2. Improvements over time.

    Your agent gets better the longer it runs. We watch conversations, find the moments it stumbled, and tune accordingly. The monthly fee covers this. You don't pay for upgrades — they are the product.

  3. Compliance monitoring.

    A second AI agent watches every conversation the first one has, flags anything unusual, and routes it to us for review. This monitoring is included from day one. It is not an “enterprise add-on.”

  4. The cap is the feature.

    Forty total clients across the company. When the cap fills, the waitlist opens. The clients who joined first keep their rates and their access. We do not negotiate the cap.

What we don't bill

The line items
that don't exist.

The hidden surcharges that turn a fair quote into an unhappy invoice. We have written ours down so we can be held to them.

Per-message overage.

If your shop has a busy month, we don't charge you for it. If volume rises permanently and we need to tune the agent for that pattern, we tell you — and the tuning is covered.

Setup language differential.

English-only and English-plus-Spanish cost the same. The second language is not a premium. It is who we are.

Improvement charges.

Re-training the agent on new edge cases, refining its voice as the library grows, updating it when California law shifts — all part of the monthly fee.

“Premium support.”

There is one tier of support: the one you have. If something looks wrong, you reach us directly. We answer.

Channel surcharges.

The text channels listed in your package are included. Voice is a separate add-on because the infrastructure is genuinely different — that one we charge for, and we say so on this page.

The fine print, briefly

The written agreement
says what this says.

Our Terms of Service and our Data Processing Agreement spell out — in plain language — what is included, how data is handled, what happens if either side wants to end the engagement, and what we do in the event of a security issue. Those documents are being finalized by our attorney and will live on this site before the first founding client signs.

We will not ask you to sign anything we have not already shared with you in full.
