One rate card

Every client pays the same published rates. There is no cohort pricing, no introductory tier, and no rate that varies by when you signed. We can adjust rates no more than once a year, capped at the lesser of five percent or CPI, with thirty days written notice. The client cap is forty.

Bundles

Common combinations,
at a bundle rate.

These are the groupings most businesses ask for. Each one shows exactly what is inside it and what those services cost individually — nothing is hidden in the bundle. If none of these fit, build your own from the list below at the same published rates.

Bundle one

Front Desk

$550/month

The customer-facing agent plus both appointment agents — for businesses that book, confirm, and remind.

  • Customer-Facing AI Agent — $350/mo
  • Appointment Notification Agent — $150/mo
  • Appointment Coordination Agent — $150/mo
  • English and Spanish, both included
  • One messaging channel you choose, plus web chat

$650/month bought separately. You save $100/month.

Bundle three

Back Office

$550/month

The customer-facing agent plus the two agents that work behind it — records and social drafting.

  • Customer-Facing AI Agent — $350/mo
  • Financial Organizer AI Agent — $150/mo
  • Social Media AI Agent — $150/mo
  • English and Spanish, both included
  • One messaging channel you choose, plus web chat

$650/month bought separately. You save $100/month.

Every bundle starts with the same $150 up-front fee and the same fifteen day trial as any other service.

Or build your own

Every service,
priced on its own.

You do not have to take a bundle. This is the full rate card — the same rates every client pays, whether you buy one service or all of them.

  • Customer-Facing AI Agent. $350/month The agent your customers talk to. It answers from the questions and answers you approved, in English and Spanish, and hands the conversation to a person when there is no approved answer. Includes one messaging channel you choose — SMS or WhatsApp — plus web chat hosted on your site, included as well.
  • Additional messaging channel. $100/month each Add another channel your customers already use. Every channel answers from the same approved content.
  • Appointment Notification Agent. $150/month Sends outbound messages about appointments customers already have — confirmations, reschedules, cancellations. You are responsible for having consent to message those customers, and for the accuracy of the contact details you give us. Requires a Customer-Facing agent.
  • Appointment Coordination Agent. $150/month Reads the availability you state and proposes times to your customers for you to confirm. It has no write access to your calendar — it never books, changes, or cancels anything on its own. Requires a Customer-Facing agent.
  • Financial Organizer AI Agent. $150/month Organizes and categorizes your income and expense records into a spreadsheet or ledger for you and your bookkeeper or CPA. It does not prepare, complete, or file tax forms or returns. Requires a Customer-Facing agent.
  • Social Media AI Agent. $150/month Drafts and schedules posts for your own business accounts based on your instructions. Nothing publishes without your approval first. Requires a Customer-Facing agent.
  • Voice Agent. $450 activation · $200/month Answers phone calls, matches what the caller asks against your approved answers, and speaks the approved answer back — or passes the call to a person when there is no match. Includes 500 voice minutes a month, then $0.10 a minute. The call opens with a spoken disclosure in English and Spanish, and we do not keep call audio.
  • Website. $600 · $1,200 · $1,500 one-time If you need the website your agent lives on. $600 for up to three pages; $1,200 for up to five pages with custom design; $1,500 for up to five pages with custom design and written content. Every tier includes English and Spanish at no extra charge. Covered by a separate agreement.
  • Up-front fee. $150 one-time Due when your agent goes live. Starts the fifteen day trial, and is refunded if you terminate during it.
Trial and refund

Fifteen days.
Refundable up-front fee.
Anytime. No questions.

For every new client, every service.

Every new client starts with a fifteen day trial. You pay a $150 up-front fee, we deploy the agent, and the clock starts. The agent's activity is visible to you in real time — every conversation it handles, every intake it completes, every after-hours question it answers. At any point in those fifteen days, if it is not the fit you wanted, you tell us in writing and the up-front fee is refunded. We do not argue, we do not ask you to fill out a form, we do not try to talk you into staying.

We chose a clean refund window over a promise about hours or revenue on purpose. We do not promise that an agent will save you time or make you money — we promise it will do what it is built to do: answer from the content you approved, in both languages, and hand off to a human when there is no approved answer. A pricing page should only promise what a company can actually keep without arguing. If you want the up-front fee back inside the window, you get it back.

If the trial works for you, monthly billing begins when the trial ends, and the agreement runs in thirty-day periods that renew automatically until you cancel. If it does not, the up-front fee is refunded and we part as friends. No contract fight, no minimum-term clause, no “winback” email three months later.

Tax offices & insurance brokerages

Same pricing.
Longer lead time.

If your business handles tax preparation or insurance brokerage, the package pricing is the same — but the compliance work behind it is not. Federal data safeguards (IRS Publication 4557), the GLBA service-provider agreement, financial firewall testing, and the insurance coverage that backs the work all have to be in place before any agent goes live for a regulated-industry client.

We won't take a tax office or brokerage client until that scaffolding is signed off. If you run one and would like to be on the early-access list when it is, send us a note.

The things that
shouldn't be a feature list.

These are in every Candor AI agreement, no matter the package, no matter the trade.

  1. Bilingual is standard.

English and Spanish, both included. The Spanish in your agent is written for the communities your clients come from, and reviewed by people from those communities before it goes live. Not run through a translator and shipped.

  2. Improvements over time.

Your agent gets better the longer it runs. We watch conversations, find the moments it stumbled, and tune accordingly. The monthly fee covers this. You don't pay for upgrades — they are the product.

  3. It cannot make things up.

The agent answers only from the content you approved. It can pick the wrong one of your answers — it cannot invent one. We go through the conversations with you and tune the matching. That is how it is built, from day one. It is not an “enterprise add-on.”

  4. The cap is the feature.

Forty total clients across the company. When the cap fills, the waitlist opens. Everyone pays the same published rates whenever they joined. We do not negotiate the cap.

What we don't bill

The line items
that don't exist.

The hidden surcharges that turn a fair quote into an unhappy invoice. We have written ours down so we can be held to them.

Per-message overage.

If your shop has a busy month, we don't charge you for it. If volume rises permanently and we need to tune the agent for that pattern, we tell you — and the tuning is covered.

Setup language differential.

English-only and English-plus-Spanish cost the same. The second language is not a premium. It is who we are.

Improvement charges.

Re-training the agent on new edge cases, refining its voice as the library grows, updating it when California law shifts — all part of the monthly fee.

“Premium support.”

There is one tier of support: the one you have. If something looks wrong, you reach us directly. We answer.

Rate renegotiation.

Every client pays the same published rates. Annual adjustments are capped at the lesser of five percent or CPI, no more than once a year, on thirty days written notice. We do not move the rate around with the market.

Surprise line items.

Additional messaging channels and voice are priced on this page, in the rate card above — $100/month per extra channel, and voice separately because the infrastructure is genuinely different. What is listed is what you pay. Nothing appears on an invoice that isn't on this page.

The pricing model and the cap are the same conversation. Forty clients, one rate card, up-front fee refundable, no overage games. That is what a small business AI company can promise — and actually keep.

The fine print, briefly

The written agreement
says what this says.

Our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and the Data Processing Agreement included with the client agreement spell out — in plain language — what is included, how data is handled, what happens if either side wants to end the engagement, and what we do in the event of a security issue. The fees above are the fees in Schedule B of that agreement.

We will not ask you to sign anything we have not already shared with you in full.

Ready to talk?

We're taking new clients now.

Send us a note. Tell us what you do, and which questions your customers ask you over and over. We will reply personally — and tell you honestly whether we are a fit. The trial is real; the up-front fee is refunded if you leave inside the window; nothing is locked in until you decide it is.
